                                                                              We at Designer Kashmir strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days from the date of

                                                                              purchase depending upon the location of the delivery. 

                                                                              To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

                                                                              Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details.

                                                                              Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect. Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct. All orders placed on Designer Kashmir are dispatched through

                                                                              one of our courier partners such as Royal Mail, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc.We aim to have your order with you within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order for all European

                                                                              addresses and 2-5 working days for all international addresses. Orders delivered via ground shipping will be with you within 3-5 working days.

                                                                              We offer next day delivery to the following countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Holland. If the

                                                                              service is available in your area, the delivery method will be shown during checkout. You will receive your order the next working day if placed by 1pm (CET) Monday to Friday. Orders

                                                                              placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be received on the following Tuesday.

 

                                                             Bespoke and Pre-Order Products

                                                                              If you have pre-ordered an item, it will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock.

                                                                              MADE TO ORDER:

                                                                              Due to their bespoke nature, Made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks, are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items ordered.

                                                                              IMPORTANT INFORMATION

                                                                              Before we dispatch your order, we may need to confirm your contact details and verify your billing and shipping addresses.

                                                                              Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

                                                                              Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling or writing to us at info@designerkashmir.com

 

                                                             Returns Info

 

                                                            + General Returns Information:

                                                                              Should you wish to return items, either faulty or unwanted, please ensure that you notify us by sending an email to info@jerseylily.com within 7 days of receipt, quoting the order number,

                                                                              style number and the reason for returning. We will issue you a Return Authorisation document, which must be attached to the returning items. Please note that we are unable to offer a ‘Sell

                                                                              or Return model’. In the case of online orders we can either refund the cost of the returning item(s) to your PayPal/Card account, or we can create a credit memo in your account with Jersey

                                                                              Lily, to be used on your next order. In the case of cash payments we are only able to make create a credit memo.

 

                                                             + Unwanted Items:

                                                                              We will not refund items that are returned without the full original ratio (unless the items are faulty). We will, at our discretion, charge a 15% restocking fee for unwanted items that are

                                                                              returned, unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.

                                                                              Please, note the below conditions:

                                                                              The item(s) must be returned with the printed Return Authorisation document attached

                                                                              Returns should be made in the original, undamaged packaging

                                                                              We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post

                                                                              We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods

                                                                              We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties

                                                                              Refunds will be made once the items are received by us

                                                                              Your refund will be credited to the same card or PayPal account, with which you made your original payment, or left as credit in your Jersey Lily account to be used on your next order (or

                                                                              exchange).

                                                                              Refunds can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account

 

                                                             + Damaged Items:

                                                                              You have the right to return items which you received in unsatisfying conditions (damaged) for a refund or an exchange, if the stock lasts. Please note that certain styles are non returnable,

                                                                              non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These are Assorted Packs, Sale and Deal items. Details are listed on this site, please read them carefully before ordering.

                                                                              Also, please note the below conditions:

                                                                               We will not refund for items which are custom made order for the clients.
