Delivery And Returns:
We at Designer Kashmir strive to deliver products purchased from us in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 days from the date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery. To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:
Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct.
All orders placed on Designer Kashmir are dispatched through one of our courier partners such as Royal Mail, Blue Dart, FedEx, etc. We aim to have your order with you within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order for all European addresses and 2-5 working days for all international addresses. Orders delivered via ground shipping will be with you within 3-5 working days.

We offer next day delivery to the following countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Poland, Holland. If the service is available in your area, the delivery method will be shown during checkout. You will receive your order the next working day if placed by 1pm (CET) Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be received on the following Tuesday.

If you have pre-ordered an item, it will be shipped as soon as the item is in stock.
MADE TO ORDER:
Due to their bespoke nature, Made-to-order items have an estimated delivery time of 3 weeks, are non-refundable and will be shipped independently of any other items ordered.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling or writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 5 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide refunds on any orders placed during online sales/promotions.
Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions.
Refund in the form of store credit will be processed within 5-7 days, once we receive the returned product in acceptable conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all pieces available and under such circumstances you can use the amount paid by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at email@example.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
Our terms and conditions pertaining to returns and exchange is as follows:-
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:
(a) Items should be returned unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event any Goods/Products are delivered without tags
(b) Where provided, Designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, tags, card etc should be included with your return.
(c) Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
(d) Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
(e) All custom made orders are non-returnable.
(f) Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
(g) In case of any return/store-credit or alteration the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
(h) In an order, if there are more than five products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/Refund will not be possible.
(i) We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, the customer needs to notify us within 5 days from the date of delivery.
(j) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. An original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
(k) Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final, no refunds are allowed.
(l) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over £150, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
